Consequences of Fraud

Where fraud or prohibited conduct is reasonably suspected, Bitfortune may take appropriate action in line with applicable law and the Terms. This may include cancelling bonuses or promotional benefits, voiding bets or winnings linked to abusive activity, restricting deposits or withdrawals, suspending or closing the account, requesting additional verification, recovering funds where appropriate, and reporting the matter to competent authorities when required.
